Easy outs are absolutely evil. If the bolts are that tight in there then chances are that you'll break an easy-out which is hardened and then you'll be wondering what the heck you can use to drill that out! Trust me I've been there!

They really shouldn't be in there with that much torque so maybe they are seized for some reason or they were lock-tited in....

Why are you removing them?
