I had one decent size chip/crack, about as big as a dime, and the technician was able to repair it. He even did a few extra small chips that I had pointed out. All of it was covered under my insurance, so it didn't cost me anything!
Give them a call for an estimate to see if they can repair it first. I've heard several stories of replacements being difficult to get right the first try....
