If you go to one of these stations, please report what you find. If need be, please also correct the information on the website I linked to.

Pete Tremper burned two valves on his race car. He thinks that with the troubled economy that people buy less 93 octane and that it sits and absorbs water, lowering the octane. (Some think the stations are mixing lower octane fuel in their 93 octane, too.) Once his car is repaired, Pete will mix 100 and 93 octane for his car, and he encourages others to consider doing that too. So far I've been burning the unleaded 100 octane I get at NJMP. For a street car I'd like to have ethanol-free fuel.
