From the two purchases I have made at the West Chester CJ's, I will say I've had excellent service from their manager, Alex.

As for the tire disposal fee, it is a default function on their point of sale invoicing system.  The same goes for the optional road hazard coverage.  Their system automatically adds those items to every purchase.  Be aware and ask them to remove the charges and you'll have no issues.

I've never had any problems getting the PCA Discount...just ask them and they are happy to apply it.
