You have a pretty good grasp of all aspects of AX and I have a lot of respect for your ideas.
If you were running the program, what would you suggest? Do you know of any appropriate locations that we might be able to afford that might bring out the membership?
I tend to agree with the principle of location, location, location. You seem to me to be the key to us getting access to a nice, large location in good condition and I'm all ears.
I've said this before and I'll say it again, we need a strategy to make a change. It seems to me that there are several of us here that are willing to help the next AX chair, but we need to work out a plan for changing the status quo, before we get to the point where we become irrelevant. Brian has good insight into the problems of the past - maybe we need to learn from what has not worked and try something new.
