Why we have grid tech....

That really was too bad. I am constantly reminding the techs that work for me to be sure the lug nuts are tightened properly. I have seen where a tech forgets to torque the lug bolts on someone's car and the wheel came off. Luckily in the parking lot so no one was hurt but that kind of stuff happens on a daily basis at shops all over the U.S. To me, that's just a reminder that we need to slow down and not get so caught up in the excitement and getting away from the basics.
