Bob: Can it be fixed? I know back in the day I used to swap reels w/ VCR tapes, but the casings on those are much easier to disassemble. These miniDV tapes seem to be molded together. Another odd thing was that when I first tried to replay it, it said something like "not compatible". The camera I borrowed at the track was some Canon HD model. Would a tape recorded on a HD miniDV cam not work on a standard miniDV?
