The poor concours thread

I'm in for ANY show event!  I have some Concours experience, so I can also help with the organizing/planing of an event.

Plans are to divide cars by catagory in the car corral.  I am sure some sort of prizes will be awarded.  It will take a bunch of volunteers to help us with the parking aspect of organizing this. Judging however will strickly be peoples choice.  PM me for more detail if you would like to work with the exec on this.

I just signed up for the 50th celebration.........do I have to wash my car?hock:

I don't have any booties for my tires, I'd like to be judged in the "AS IS DRIVEN" category.

Don't worry, I'm sure ther will be a few "60 foot" cars like mine there.

You do realize that you'll need headlights for this event?

The new headlight lens is in, and installed! Washing may not be done till June. It is a ONCE A YEAR drudgery.
I changed my oil and filter.......do I get points for honey oil?

Hi Nick, I thought everyone knew what a 60 ft. car is.  But if you don't know, it's a car that looks great when you're 60 ft. away from it.  Kind of like a Hollywood type of woman.  They look great until you get close. Oboy!!!

I'd say that my car is a 30 foot one, with some BIG breast implants and a little plastic surgery.
What you expect from a car that is older than most club members at RTR!! BUT IT IS NO SLOUCH!! :dude:
