Points System for AX Championship

Where are the PAXs associated with the P1 through P8, I01 and I02, as well as M01 and M02?

I'm sure NNJR knows what they are doing with the PAX system, but even after checking the rules, I too am confused.  Nick, can you shed some light on this?

Here is the PAX system, but I notice that the "P" classes are not listed.  I know that P3 is .925, P5 is .950, P2 is .920, P4 is .940, P7 is .958, P8 is .960.  If there is any I missed, it is because there were none competing in the June 10th AX, so no results.
