I have had CJ's Birdsboro location mount and balance DOT competition tires with good results.  I think Joe Spect did the whole job himself.

CJ's in Birdsboro is the store that works on track tires.  Joe Spect is the person that handles all R tires for them.  They have the tire shaving machine and the techs to work on track wheels and tires.  Birdsboro is also the stocking site for their R rubber inventory.
