At the tech inspection there was a discussion regarding the benefits and drawbacks of antique and classic car registration. Below is a link to a facts sheet regarding this issue.

Particularly, there was a discussion over whether you could drive an antique at night. As you can see from the fact sheet, you cannot drive an antique that does not have modern lighting at night.
