If you are not sure if autocross (AX) is for you, then check out the videos below – there is no safer, cheaper or more fun way to meet fellow RTR Porsche enthusiasts and learn to drive your Porsche at its limits.
If you liked the video, come and join us at one of our PCA Riesentöter Autocross events and you can be part of the action very easily without any additional expense or special equipment for your car.
The Autocross Cup Series operates from April to October. There are typically eight scheduled events for the cup. Local PCA Regions and SCCA Solo organizations run the events. Riesentöter will typically present one Autocross charity event each year.
Each month, information and entry instructions on our events will be posted on the RTR website discussion forum which can be found at: Autocross Forum.
When you arrive at an Autocross event
The Autocross course will be setup on a large parking lot. Soft traffic pylons will be used to form a course consisting of turns, slaloms, and straight areas.
- Remove all loose items from your car
- Register yourself. Many events will have preregistration on www.motorsportreg.com
- Drive your car to Technical (Safety) Inspection
- Walk the Autocross Course at least twice. There will also be a Novice course walk.
- Attend the Driver's Meeting
It’s that simple, now you are ready to compete against the clock and your fellow PCA members
